Autumn is drawing in, we're wrapping up the final songs for Placeford, and we wanted to share this one with you, along with a warm invitation to let us know what you think.

This track has been through a lot of iterations and arrangements, for a long time I was swapping out different two-syllable names before settling on the only one that was actually right. There are a lot of pretty different-take demos which I'll throw onto here next week.

The subject is this song is pretty self-evident, and it's another true-story - although on listening to the whole album through it did make me realise that there really are quite a lot of takes on different angles of bullying / cancel / consequential culture. I think at least one of those is going to need to be relegated to a b-side, methinks.
